Every Maison Moya Bruxelles piece is built to last. We back each product with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, aligned with European consumer protection law (Directive 2019/771).

What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects, faulty wiring, broken joints, defective finishes, miscalibrated electronics.
- Material flaws, cracks or breakages caused by a defect in the material itself (not by impact or misuse).
- Functional failures, components that stop working under normal use within 24 months.
What is excluded
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage caused by misuse, alteration or improper installation.
- Damage from accidents, drops or contact with water (for non-waterproof items).
- Slight color or texture variations inherent to handcrafted pieces, these are characteristics, not defects.
- Damage caused by attempts to repair by unauthorized parties.
How to file a warranty claim
Email contact@maison-moya.com with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the defect.
We respond within one business day. If the claim is approved, we arrange a free repair, replacement or full refund, your choice.
Replacement & repair
Most claims are resolved by shipping a free replacement at no cost to you. For complex pieces (custom or made-to-order lighting), our partner workshops may offer a repair option. We cover both pickup and return shipping for warranty claims.
Beyond 24 months
After the warranty period, our team can still help with paid repairs and spare parts whenever possible. Contact us, we will provide a quote within 3 business days.
